Besides the nightly fee booked through the booking site there is a venue fee.
Additional fee is $6,000 plus a refundable $500 security deposit if no damages to the pole barn. This charge is separate from the nights per stay booked through the booking site. You must purchase event insurance which usually costs $150-$200 and rent 2-4 portable toilets.

This venue allows the use of the 44x74 open pole barn, over 2,000 Edison lights in barn & trees, fans, parking for guests and up to 250 extra guests allowed on the day of the event. There are also four 6' tables and four 8' tables with 25 chairs, 4 whiskey barrels, antique couch & loveseat, 2 side chairs, 2 post lamps and coffee table trunk are in the garage for you to use.
We do allow a 1 night minimum stay if booking a special event.
There is also a relative property across the driveway, Rivers' Edge that is available to rent for extra family or friends. Many use this property as well for the Bride/Bridesmaid's or Groom/Groomsman's place to stay. This property sleeps 10 and has a caged pool, outside bar, floating dock & kayak launch.

This venue allows the use of the property for the ceremony and rehearsal dinner, parking for guests and up to 125 guests allowed on the day of the event. We give extra amenities to ensure your satisfaction such as kayaks, pool table, TV access, a grill, pool area and more! Scenic view of the river and beautiful scrubs line the pool area. This includes: heated pool, fire-pit, several lounges, tables and chairs. You must purchase event insurance which usually costs $150-$200 and rent 2 portable toilets.
